Okay, Okay I keep posting about this darn show tonight but I have to get this out. Last year my best friend and I went to see NFG together, and we had downloaded the free itunes track of Telescope Eyes, which we found ourselves listening to on repeat as we waited to get into Webster Hall. I completely fell in love with Eisley that night, buying the cd on iTunes later that night, we have been a devoted fan since, me and my best friend, Amy. When I heard about the Bowery Ballroom we made plans to go,as soon as it was announced. But in mid February, the day before my birthday, her father had a horrible heart attack, which ended up taking his life. She's been a wreck since, and has been anti social to the max. I know when I'm going through things, I like to be alone, so I haven't bothered her about it, and decided to go to the show by myself, take pics and have fun enough for the both of us. However, she just called me, for the first time in a month, to see how I was, asked about what I was doing today, and I casually mentioned the Eisley show (I didn't want to pressure her, or guilt trip in anyway) and SHE'S COMING WITH ME! AKL;SDJGKLAJSG I'M SORRY BUT EISLEY HAS ALWAYS BEEN "OUR" BAND AND SHE'S COMING WITH! I cannot wait. It's the first time I've seen her since everything's happened, and I'm just so happy. This is the nerdiest post ever but my manager at work already thinks I'm a dork for being this stoked over a concert, so I had to get it out. Proof that God works in mysterious ways! _________________ Kyle ~ like a boy.. only I'm a girl (g i r l) www.myspace.com/smiliekylie (p r o o f) |

Now that is some awesome news! That's so cool that you guys can get together and have fun at the show tonight. It's cool how you two will be seeing the band that you both adore so much; it just seems fitting. _________________ "I cannot discuss your verses; for any attempt at criticism would be foreign to me.
