ahh..well, Ali with no arms: I am close to posting the silly little movie. First I want to make a disclaimer: The recording is purposely as lo-fi. It's the first recording of this song in it's infancy - send to WB and producers so they could hear what was happening behind the bedroom door. I like it because it sounds like something from the 20's. The sound is real. I didn't add anything to it. The metronome is on their Wulitzer that Stacy is accompanying Sherri with. The static is whatever...I dunno; i guess because it's so poor quality. My video is just a quick sketch based on a few ideas I had. I chose England because our friends across the pond get very little. They always feel left out so I used a show they saw to help their feelings. Other disclaimer: the song could change. Don't plan on it being exactly like this when it's released or get any ideas that it's supposed to sound exactly like this. ok? cool. Right now I'm exploring various .mov sizes. Iwill say that unless you guys have QT, you can't see it. I'm not a windows guru. Stay tuned. _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. It's not some deep concept...just visuals to guide you through the song. For fun. Other disclaimer: the song could change. Don't plan on it being exactly like this when it's released or get any ideas that it's supposed to sound exactly like this. ok? cool. Right now I'm exploring various .mov sizes. You can't see much detail but, I mainly did it for the (simple Sherri) song. Read disclaimer above Again. QT users only. Sorry. I don't do Windows yet. http://www.eisley.com/test/LostatSea.mov _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. ...and there was much rejoicing. *Yay! Yay!* You're the best, Boyd. I mean it, you're just swell. It makes me all warm and fuzzy just thinking about it... Oh, and as for the song--it's just beautiful. Wow... I'm going to continue to listen to it until it begins to sink in more, but so far I'm impressed. |
