"Would someone please walk through with me I've got nothing to hide nowhere to be why do we have to come through here nothing leads me to you" Like I said, it was amaayzing. I was able to talk to her afterwards outside and she said she was very nervous, though we all thought she did wonderful. That rocks! I never felt like that bridge suited Stacy or Sherri's voice, so that's awesome that Chauntelle took it over. _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

There wasn't anything wrong with Stacy singing it, but to be honest it seemed to me that she was almost trying to sing like Chauntelle would. Not that I can make any assumptions regarding her intent. Suffice it to say I'm really happy Chauntelle's got that part now; it suits her voice magnificently. _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

I had a word with Boyd after the show ... I'm pretty sure he said that Chauntelle sings it on the album. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

Yes! That's awesome. I've never been to an Eisley show, but through videos and photos I can tell that Chauntelle is pretty great up there on stage. She's so expressive! I'm glad she's singing these days. I only wish this concert had been last week when I was in town. Or that my spring break was this week instead of last week. *sigh* It's whatever. I'll catch them someday, I'm sure. _________________ ~Abbie |

Sorry Saellys...they got it wrong. Stacy still sings that verse (to your disappointment), and there is no way that Stacy was trying to sing like anybody but herself on that. The verse that Chaunty sings begins with: You'll never contemplate that I am _____? and help goes ___? Your the gate admitting whom you choose _______? Sorry...(what a bad mom)....I don't know the words yet, but this is the verse. bah! I was so disappointed....some guy walked up and started asking me about merch right when Chauntelle's started singing. I pretty much missed her singing in front of a crowd for the first time in almost 10 years. |

Thanks Kim! _________________ EisleyForever wrote: you're A-list in my heart! MAKECOLDPLAYHISTORY |

oh, Nora...just saw your video question. I told Boyd earlier that evening that I wanted pictures and video. Hopefully he did, but I was so tired when I was leaving to drive home, I forgot to ask him The band and crew went on to Austin , and the rest of us drove back home. We got home at 5:00 a.m. so I am kinda out of it today. |
