Chapter 3, Internet
Subject Heading: How to Emo-fy Your Blog Post
Topic: Step One: Set the Mood
Suggested Listening > "Lucky Charm" by Jets to Brazil, "One Day I Slowly Floated Away" by Eisley, "Here (In Your Arms)" by Hellogoodbye

After I saw that I knew I had to buy the book, even though I didn't really want to.

Okay I kinda did want to.

I'll edit this post if I see any more Eisley mentions.

And now I'm off to not make another post for 4 months. Bam!

EDIT: I read the rest of the book. There are no more Eisley mentions. Triste.

It seems to me that they didn't listen to the song, but judged its emo-ness by the title. lame.

God Bless

I dunno. It's not like the Jets To Brazil song is dripping with modern emoisms. Hello Goodbye would be that band, it seems ...

They just threw some names out there to try to sell a book. And it worked, so mission accomplished. Laughing

Probably the use of a minor chord in the chorus.

I'd be surprised if many modern emo kids listen to Jets to Brazil.
