Recently I've been poking around the internet to see if there's any way I can buy tickets for the acoustic tour without using Ticketmaster since Ticketmaster is evil. I thought Ticketmaster's $6.15 convenience charge that is tacked onto the $18 ticket was bad until I saw this:

http://www.coasttocoasttickets.com/buy_tickets.htm?PID=630194

This website is charging $56 per ticket, PLUS a $6.16 convenience charge, PLUS $15.00 for shipping. That's flipping $77.16 in total. Maybe it's just me, but this seems pretty sketchy. Is this even legal?

ticketmaster is the way to go. here's what you get with them:

10 song iTune sampler
3 song codes per ticket bought
netflicks trial code
some other discount from some store

and oh yeah tickets.

Looks like you found a really sophisticated ticket scalper website. These people more than likely make their living from buying presale tickets and reselling them marked up. Yay!

See that's what I thought when I bought Bravery tickets but neither the sampler NOR(did I really just say nor?) the 3 song codes worked. And I already have netflix. Rolling Eyes and THEN the Bravery canceled and of course they only refunded the tickets, none of the service charges (but I knew that would happen). So I paid them $20 for nothing. Who knows if they even refunded the dumb tickets. No more ticketmaster for me. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Ticketmaster wasn't an option for the SF show, it was ticketweb and it worked fine, they mailed me my tickets 2 days later. Smile

You search Eisley on Ticketmaster and then it redirects you to Ticketweb. The tickets are only $15 and you can choose to have them mailed to you for free.

My tickets arrived from Ticketweb the otherday. This suprised me greatly: i thought they usually arrived about 10 days before the show.

(i know. We're talking the US here, not the UK...)
