HEY! I WAS JUST WONDERING IF IT'S GOING TO BE HARD TO GET TICKETS TO THE PARISH SHOW BECAUSE IT'S "SPECIAL SEATING". I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME BEFORE I TRY TO GO TO THIS SHOW.

Why don't you just order tickets online? It's what I did.

Just a question:
why do people associate capital letters with shouting?

I perceive a sense of urgency rather - like, I need an answer - or to catch one's attention. I do see the rudeness in it but not the sound. Just curious.

Because they like to pretend they are having an actual conversation.

Which is not the case. Virtual conversation on forum lacks the immediate effect, the facial connotation and the tone.

But I can understand it can be rude for some Laughing

What do you define an actual conversation? Conversation: civil communication by two or more people. Right now, we are each saying something and offering our own opinions. That is a conversation.
And in a conversation, it is not polite to yell at the person you're having a conversation with. I'm not sure why it's associated with yelling, but it is one of the primary rules of netiquette for a reason.

...and yet another thread gone way off topic...

I'd say, call the venue or email them and ask what you need to do.

The only reason I have anything against all caps here is that it's associated with rude behavior and (mainly) because it's hard for some people to read. In personal communication, I suppose I could handle it. Though it probably gets a little overwhelming to look at, even though it rarely bothers me in short posts.

The seating probably has no real effect on the availability of the tickets, but I'd bet the popularity of Eisley does. Girl Jamie has a good answer. E-mail might work, too.

Do you live in Austin?
You could try going to Waterloo Records and buying a ticket...
but I'd go ahead and do what others said and call the venue and make sure everything's still cool as far as tickets.

you can also see other ticket outlets at frontgatetickets.com
