I imagine they're always busy or have more of a life than I so they aren't on the computer all of the time. That's true though. I remember Boyd talking about this. I think they made one shoe. _________________

Yeah i saw that Macbethfootwear had uploaded the official Invasion vid on their YouTube some time ago and remembered seeing the guy on the LA vid that had "Eisley" on his shoe. _________________

Hmm... do we know if it's actually a whole designed shoe and everything, or is it just like... small customizations like "Eisley" on the heel or color variations from an existing model? |

That'd be an interesting sight: looking down while trying to slip on your shoes, while gazing at "burning our heels" lol. I hope that it's colorful. Something juicy or fruity. It'd be fun, especially since Sherri's drawings seem to be so abstract. |

I see enough girls dressed like Eisley these days that I don't think an official line is necessary. Just find random items in vintage and thrift stores and layer them so it looks all waifish and twee. Then go to concerts and stand awkwardly in the corners of venues. Eisley couture on a budget! _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

i went to design school for 4 years and i find it incredibly insulting when people with no previous design experience think they can "design" a clothing line. slap your name on it, fine, pick some colors, fine, but don't call yourself the designer. this hits a soft spot with me. |

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be that involved if they picked up a sponsorship-type deal. Unless maybe clothing companies are suicidal and like giving a nightmarish amount of control to people without actual technical skills, instead of just having them pick out and request different things. I would hope. At least that's what I had in mind ... _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I understand your point of view...it's kind of like working since 1998 as a band, and having a Paris Hilton, or an American Idol pop up princess go platinum on their first and crappy album. I don't think Eisley should turn away any possibilities that come their way, unless they just don't want to pursue them. I am not sure if this will ever happen, but it was something that has been talked about. |
