how is that venure??
im making super advanced plans to go see the show, if my dad will take me for my 15th birthday
and he says it depends on the venue and all that
and how the mute math fans are
cuz if theyr'e really hardcore or messed up then the deals off. he does want me to go, just not if its any way unsafe.
is the show for under 18's?
AND, would it be cool for an under 18 to go, esp w/ adult supervision, and the adult supervision wouldnt see anything to totally freak them out??

If you leave after Eisley and miss Mute Math you're missing out BIG time. I wont be surprised if I find Mute Math's set better than Eisley's.

I left after Eisley's set in Boise because I had to drive 7 hours home, but I stayed for Mute Math a couple days later in Portland and it made me wish I'd have stayed in Boise, too. They were amazing (not as amazing as Eisley, but close).

i would be.

muthmath are great (blinding) entertainers, but i still think Eisley has a better musical preformance.

i havent seen mutemath live since 03 or 04, or back then,

but from videos/recordings/personal experience,

there is too much going on musically to really hear paul singing, and he tends to a bit "pitchy" but its VERY entertaining. lots of hyper-ness.

Warehouse Live is probably one of the cleanest venues in Houston. I haven't been there in over a year, but it's still relatively new. It's really close to Minute Maid park and the convention center if your dad needs a reference point for location. Anyway, hopefully it will go well! My dad used to go with me to all Eisley's shows in Houston (he's a fan too) and we definitely had fun.

Really clean and really easy to find. It's a new venue, so yeah, it actually looks pretty nice inside - not trashy, at least in comparison to other places. It has a bar, like a usual club, and some people will like to drink.... have you ever been to a concert before?

Mute Math fans don't go that crazy i think, so you have nothing much to worry about .

I should be there. Very Happy

side note - i saw cursive there, and you would think with the type of band they are their audience would be a little rough or something, but it was one of the best shows i experienced (the band/venue sounded realllly good too)... i was in the very front, PLENTY of space, people were not glued to me, AND i left the show with not one drop of sweat on me. must be just one of those things. Cool

Yeah, it's a very clean place. In fact, they have staff that goes around sweeping the floor between sets. Never, ever seen that any place else.

The staff is pretty nice as well. Parking is good... a big, paved lot right behind the venue. It'll cost a few dollars though. You can park on the street, but I prefer paying to park in a lot.

I've been several times and the crowds have been good... except for the people who like to talk during the sets.

Frankly, Mute Math is one of the best bands I've seen live and honestly... I (personally) think they're better than Eisley.
