Posted: Tue Jun 17, 2008 4:17 pm Hi everyone!!!! So very cool to meet you all!!!!!!! Yes---As my very first post out here---I would like to share this most excellent news! As of tonight, the video for MEMORIES on YouTube has topped 1/4 MILLION VIEWS!!!!!!!!!! I don't know about y'all, but I think that's most awesomely excellent!!!! EVERY view counts...and that's A LOT of viewings!!! A major 'YAY!' for the band & for ourselves & for everyone else lurking out there in the imaginary corners of the Eisley Universe! (The corners are imaginary because Eisley isn't square.) And so...Yes, I'm majorly excited for them! It's a true pinnacle of acheivement & accomplishment! Up there with graduating high school...discovering life on Mars...hearing Sgt. Pepper's for the 1st time...unlocking the mysteries of time-travel... seeing Eisley in person...& finding the very LAST bottle of Wild Oats Chocolate Syrup on the planet!!! (It was *SO* YUMMY!!!!) Anyway...I know that I'm excited for them (Does it show?) ...& so I had to share that with all of you! Plz feel free to share your *own* enthusiasm & congratulate the band, one & all! It really *is* a milestone....Next stop---1/2 MILLION VIEWS!!!! Let's spread the word even more & make it happen for them! (Maybe at that point we should have the very first online interactive Eisley/YouTube web party! NO clue how to do that, but suggestions are definitely welcome!) Once again----Congrats, Eisley ppl!!!! A++++++++++++++++!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Ha. Hopefully people will keep watching in droves, so that "Eisley Shares Their Hopes and Dreams for 2007" one isn't the most played Eisley video. Still trying to understand why WB pushed that to front page and not the Memories video if they were going to push something to front page in 12/2006. Thanks for the info. Welcome to Laughing City! |

OK so *PERHAPS* I cheated a A BIT! But still---I was honestly referring to their MUSIC VIDEOS! And it's even better (as was pointed out) that one which *wasn't* pushed up to the top of the pile by WB has reached that level on its own! But I think I'd personally rather wait for MEMORIES to go *gold*.... Then we can call our gathering THE ORANGE GOLD AND GREEN PARTY!!!! And the less-informed people of this world will just think it's some new political faction... (Sort of like if Stacy and/or Eisley were running for president!) Hey~~~Now there's an idea!!! A political campaign/election that would actually hold my interest! IMAGINE THAT! (And it would certainly be the most MUSICAL election ever!---SINGING candidates!!!) And---after they win---I can almost HEAR their new song: "WE RULE!" LOLOLOLOL Well they already have *my* vote!!! |

Thank the Almighty that our side is never short of opinions. _________________ Power is only pain It’s probably better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside the tent pissing in.
