So, there is a tentative date planned for the BBQ on Saturday June 25.

Is this good for you??

Obviously, it's probably impossible to pick a date thats good for EVERYONE, so please, if you are planning on going, let me know if this works.

If theres a good majority that can't go on this date, then we'll pick another date.

Once we get the date picked, it should be smooth sailing from then.

This should also give me a good number of how many people would actually be attending.

Thanks!

Kimberly

I'm guessing this is only for people that can go at all, but perhaps not on the 25th.

I believe it's Tyler, TX. About 2 1/2 hours East of Dallas.

I really feel like Tyler is central enough. I've seen someone willing to come from Tennessee, but not if it was much further away than Tyler (you need to comprehend just how large Texas is). Trust me, Texans are willing to make the drive (we're used to it), and we'll all be glad if more people can come from out of state because of its location being more central in the greater scheme of the United States. Also, it IS the Mecca of Eisleylore, and there will be a greater chance of the band actually being there.

I'd have to get a day off of work, but I could probably make that happen.

So my vote ... it's not great, but I can work with it if I have to. Confused

Ok, so second part: I will have had most of a week off 2 weeks before that. I'll push for that Saturday, but there's a chance I'll be sitting at work for the barbecue. But no word on how hard it will be yet. So carry on.
