Two days from what you may ask? Well two days till Eisley comes to Cincinnati of course! And me and Bob are ready to go. So if Boyd or someone from the band reads this, if you recognize two guys with the these faces... Jeremy Bob ...know that they are the biggest Eisley fans around here and that we would love to meet the band. So don't be shy, cause we probably will be lol. Or maybe we'll see someone from the band or The Boyd himself at the merchandise table when we are emptying our wallets. Why did I make this thread you may ask? Let's just say that after Eisley plays the cramped, dirty venue known as Bogarts, they will probably not want to come back lol, and that we don't want to miss them while they are here by leaving it all up to chance. So, there you have it. Thanks for your time. p.s. We may make signs... _________________ I think that it's brainless to assume that making changes to your window's view will give a new perspective. |

Or you could tape them to those paint-stirring sticks and walk around like a masquerade. _________________ "It's the new golden fact." |

Well...I am going to have to borrow my friend's digital camera, and gluing it to my head will save me the trouble of actually having to carry it. _________________ I think that it's brainless to assume that making changes to your window's view will give a new perspective. |

I already knew your faces - from previous avatars. Look....totally hunt us down like rats; and be like all freaky and weird and like...drooling; that's the way to impress me anyway. no. but seriously, if you don't meet the band and ME, I'll have to send you an ebomb after this is all over... and i won't be your friend. and you can't come over anymore and my mom isn't going to give you any more of those Koolaid ice cubes she makes in her old rounded cornered Fridgidaire. (the little freezer part at the top that gets frosted over every month) Ok. Here's the scoop. Listen up...everybody..psst. gather around. The band goes out near the merch table after their set. They're supposed to announce this every show... but sometimes they forget, which is ok, but I'll make sure they go to a highly visible place. Also, just so you'll know, though I love to hang out with people...(it's my favorite thing), I wear a bunch of hats; like after shows, I am crew...I grab gear and help stab it in the trailer; that takes half an hour or more. During shows, I document and gather media as you know (for graphics, future movies, who knows what else). Anyway, if you guys hang around long enough, I'll pop back out after everything is loaded out and hang out some, ok? Stacy and Sherri are die-hard loyalists. They always watch Brand New's show from side stage to show support for those guys - who now expect them to be there. Jesse does the same for them every stinking show. Much band love here. Very cool people. So, some of the band dissapears for quite some time; usually Chauntelle and I hang out, go get coffee or just whatever. We also have close friends who are coming that we haven't seen for a while. Even gRegor of this forum - whom I know but haven't met; he's coming. So, we can form a small collective and just shoot our breezes if that's cool. So..I hope the room and the p.a. is good at this venue. 6 songs. And they don't get a warm up... nothing....just, plug things in and, "check, check"...is this on? and right into the amazing, "mr pine", which usually is pretty rough and acts as a sound check tune. It takes a tune to tweak the eq's and levels and add compression and strike the right mix to this band. A very sensitive balancing act. awesome. see you then. tell me your names then. I can't memorize anything. I just know your faces. my brain is scrambled. now back to work to post pics for shows lost in the archives. boyd _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. Sweet. And I can totally understand the things you have to do like loading up gear and that stuff, so I'll try not to be that annoying little kid pulling at your pant leg. I'm really looking forward to the show and can assure you, if anyone gets rowdy like the beer thrower, Jesse won't have to the rescue cause me and my boy Bob will toss him out ourselves *pounds sore fist in his hand*. Scary...I know. But we'll make sure to get there early to get a good standing area for the show. _________________ I think that it's brainless to assume that making changes to your window's view will give a new perspective. |

Come on, everyone says sweet. I think I've talked to you online and you've used that phrase. It would be so Dude Where's my Car? if someone said it repeatedly in that dumb stoner accent that has made Sean William Scott (enter sarcasm) the blockbuster star that he is. _________________ I think that it's brainless to assume that making changes to your window's view will give a new perspective. |
